Cancellation and Refund Policy

At The Bean Bowl, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review the following policy:

1. Ticket Cancellation

  • No refunds are provided for personal cancellations or no-shows.
  • If the show is cancelled from our end, we’ll refund the entire amount.
  • If you booked through other platforms, such as BookMyShow, please refer to their policies.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available for defective or damaged products.

Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.

3. Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns for perishable products.

If you receive a defective item, we will replace it or offer a refund at our discretion.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
