At The Bean Bowl, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please review the following policy:

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team at thebeanbowl24@gmail.com

After this window, orders are processed, and cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed when we cancel the show due to technical glitches or issues with the venue.

3. Transfer of Tickets

All the tickets are non-transferable.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
